I was a blissful director of a hip vinyl record store. I built it because of my obsession with music and collecting records. I had so many records my only recourse was to begin a way to share it all with the world. Well, I started a record store. It was a lot of fun. But after a few years passed I made the decision to sell. I put up an ad to sell. This decision was hard but actually finding the right buyer was even more difficult.
My friend thought I should hire a business adviser to assist me. I wanted to shun selling to huge companies. I wished for whoever bought it wouldn't get rid of the local flavor. Thankfully, the available franchise territories Chicago IL respected my yearning and after five months we found a fantastic buyer.
As a fan of music, I still go into my old record store to buy records. I'm constantly happy to see the interesting music, but the drawback being my vinyl collection is rapidly expanding.
